Most AT&T U-verse packages come with Total Home DVR. DVR storage capacity varies based on the receiver model but can range from 133 hours of standard definition (SD) and 37 hours of high-definition (HD) programming to 233 hours of SD or 65 hours of HD content. For AT&T U-verse HD subscribers, up to four different televisions can access three HD streams and one SD stream at a time. For non-HD subscribers, all streams will be SD.

AT&T U-verse has up to 145 HD channels broadcast in 720p or 1080i. Customers will need an HD television with a minimum capacity of 720p. HD channel listings begin at 1000 and include local channels where available as well as standard cable TV networks, such as TNT™, The History Channel™ HD, Food Network? and ESPN®. Premium channel subscribers will also be able to access premium high-definition and Premium On Demand channels.

DIRECTV not only offers the most sports in HD, but numerous packages tailored to fans of each sport as well. DIRECTV's NFL SUNDAY TICKET™ is one of the company's most popular packages. It gives customers up to 14 games in HD each Sunday. You can also use Game Mix to watch eight different games at once on one screen. There's also NFL SUNDAY TICKET™ To-Go, which lets you use your smart phone or computer to watch NFL games, no matter where you are.
